‍Date confirmation. Requested dates in TomEQ's schedule are tentative. They are confirmed upon receiving the agreed deposit. For competing offers of the same date, a tentative hold gives first right to book the date (within 24 hours).

‍Accommodation. If the booking requires an overnight stay/s, a room at the conference venue (or as close to it as possible) will be provided by the client.

‍Transportation. Airport tansfers to the conference venue are charged to the client.

Presentations: TomEQ's presentations will be sent in Powerpoint. Clients are to test the presentation to ensure formatting and any videos play seamlessly.

‍Microphone: A wireless lapel (lavalier) is required.

‍Wireless controller: Radio frequency remote clicker to control Powerpoint from any point in the presentation room.

‍Lighting: Good lighting across the entire stage area is required. TomEQ is active during presentations. on stage and it is important that lighting is adequate for good audience visibility at all times.

‍Water: To be made available on stage.
